Position:               SR. PLANNING / ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Duties                   

·         Prepares tender, manpower & equipment schedule for bidded projects.

·         Assistance in preparation of baseline schedule for newly acquired projects with resources uploaded.

·         Attends kick-off meeting for newly acquired projects for the preparations required from projects control department.

·         Participate in establishing and maintaining the various Projects Control Tools such as Master Schedules, Progress Measurements, Cost Engineering Reports and Forecasting Systems.

·         Developing the most suitable sequence of operations for construction projects in addition to specifying the timing of the contract.

                                    ·         Assign project duration & resources, and prepare Target schedule in Primavera as per     Client’s project requirement.

                                    .         Planning and overseeing the entire program of work and anticipate contract's demands in terms of labor, materials, equipment and technical requirements
