Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Plan, coordinate,budget and supervise construction project from development to completion.

·         Complete and manage all RFI’s, change orders, submittals, and etc. Ensure all project team members are fully informed of this information.

·         Monitor and direct, in colaboration of management rteam , all site activites to ensure objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.

·         Complying and maintaing highest level of Safety and Quality during all stages of project execution.

·         Ensures that the project has the effective resources and perform with expected efficeincy and productivity.

·         Manage the day-to-day working, utilisation, implentaion and technical consultants engaged on client assignment.
