I had been 7 years working in the sector oil and gas Industry project with the role started as a Jr . Scheduler became Project Control Engineer. Establishing the systems, procedures and reports to the Construction Manager and staff to effectively manage their work including progress reports, staffing plans, schedules and cost reports. •Preparing the project plan consists of developing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); understanding all of the project objectives, requirements and restraints which have a bearing on the timing and sequencing of the work; and developing this information into the project logic plan. •Fluent with various methods to calculate Materials Utilize Plant (MUP), forecasting, handling and Monitoring •Experiences and knowledge in order to Ledger ( AFE Detail ) and Cost Breakdown Structure, overruns/under-spends so that project management can take appropriate actions and monitoring system to control performance of the works and timely completion of the projects ( Direct Cost, Indirect Cost, Other Cost )
