-Construction Method Statement.
-Mobilization plan for the resource Man-Power and Equipment on Monthly Basis for Camp Facilities and accommodation.
-Reports to the Client (Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report, Cost Report, Invoices, Procurement Update, Material delivery Tracking Logistic, Executive Reports).
-Notice to Claim, Variation Order, Cost Claim, Time Impact Reports and all related correspondences.
-Resources management and KPI’s included Productivity Control and Evaluation, Follow up progress status, updates and productivity through daily reports.
-Resource assignment included Manpower, Equipment, Cash Loaded and cost weighted for each activity in the Baseline Time Schedule.
- Analyses drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of networks for Project Planning and Scheduling man-loading, materials, equipment, installation and testing, support facilities and costs.
-Reporting to Logistic & Procurement, Engineering,general technical office for production of shopdrawings and submittals specification in collaboration with construction team.
-Define the appropriate Critical Path for the project in cooperation with PM and CM, Critical Path Analysis to avoid any deviations or delays.
-Distribution of Crews as per defined and appropriate Construction Method Statement and specific Critical Path.
-Cost Control in accordance to Enterprise Cost Control Methodology.
-Following up the critical activities to ensure the process of project completion at the specified date.
-Document control management and KPI’s.
-Earned Value Management.
-Supports Project Management in accomplishing project status review and performance control.
