v  Planning Engineer: - With M/s Edward and Christie, Nugegoda, Sri Lanka,

                              Since February 2010 to November 2011.

Name of Project: - Faculty of Technology Building construction (Area - 1200 m2 two story building)                                               South Eastern University Development Project, oluvil Srilanka.

Main responsibilities were:

·         Project Planning, Cost Loading, Updating, Monitoring & Controlling using Primavera P6 software.

·         Prepare monthly progress reports with cash flow, resource histogram and physical progress curve. And, attend to the progress meeting with client and consultant.

·         Inspect project site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.

·         Ensure and maintain the matters regarding quality of works as per specifications / standards and approved drawings.

·         Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities and provide technical advice at project site.

·         Overall planning management of labors, plant & material.

·         Preparing Interim Payment Certificate.
