Maintenance Planning Engineer / SAP PM Specialist

·         Planning Coordination of preventive & corrective maintenance system in all Air separation Unit, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, CO2, Hydrogen, Bulk and Cylinder and Customer Engineering Services Plant all over in the Philippines

·         SAP PM KPI’S Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting. PM and CM Completion.

·         Tracks progress of all pending works including shutdown and preventive maintenance work.

·         Prepares breakdown of maintenance job into major steps with different crafts involved for planning purposes.

·         Estimates materials requirement and verifies availability & required man-hour for each craft to complete work

·         Prepares preliminary schedule on the basis of job opportunity, manpower and material availability and process preparation needed.

·         Prepares status report of on-going and ending maintenance work to track status for planning, preparation and execution.

·         Prepares shutdown work list for all jobs requiring unit shut down for implementation.

·         Prepares/updated job plan/shutdown work schedule for implementation during the shutdown.

·         Tracks progress and status of shutdown work items during a unit shut down and updates outstanding shutdown work

·         Prepares updated inspection program and schedule for vessels ,piping, structures, painting and insulation

·         Ensure, analyze and filing CBM reports are executed on time based on the schedule plan. (Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, Calibration, Thermo graphic, Survey, Earth ground, TEV, etc.

·         Responsible for implementation, data gathering and formatting of SAP PM project to operational. This included:

1. Data Gathering & formatting of Functional location, Equipment & BOM to be uploaded in the SAP system (O2, N2, H2, CO2, Argon Plants , Customer at site Plants, Cryogenic Tanks, Product Gases and Packaging sites).

2. Allocation of Maintenance Plan to each hierarchy functional location as per Linde Global PM and OEM maintenance Manual.
