·         Ensure work requests are clearly defined, scheduled and completed.

·         Routes work requests originating within the plant to the appropriate work group or service provider.

·         Coordinates Expertise Center work requests to be performed by operations personnel. e.g. (Coordinate the timing and scheduling of process equipment preparation and maintenance with the Maintenance Scheduler).

·         Ensures appropriate resources are allocated to perform the task.

·         Reviews work status with service providers and originators.

·         Updates and adjusts the Master Task List as required.

·         Ensures Start Up and Shutdown tasks align with plant operations activities.

·         Acts as Plant liaison to Expertise Centers for general activities and sharing of core Plant personnel.

·         Performs or assists in process related Root Cause or failure analysis.

·         Identifies areas for improvement and network with technical resources that are identifying Most Effective Technology

·         Creates, leads, and assist improvement teams and performs work with Expertise Centers on issues relating to their area of expertise (i.e. work with reliability engineer to resolve mechanical reliability issues.)

·         Works with Production Coordination, Maintenance Planners and other Expertise Centers to coordinate Start Up / Shutdown timing and plan

·         Ensures Operate Plant, Maintenance and other appropriate work processes are followed

·         Coordinates resources for Start Up / Shutdown plan development

·         Plant contact for Start Up / Shutdown issues

·         Develops Shutdown monitoring plans as required

·         Coordinates services provided by internal and external resources (i.e. Expertise Centers, housekeeping, etc.)

·         Arrange for back-up when they have scheduled time off and notify the Delivery Specialists.

·         Write work permits as needed (i.e. Safe Work, Hot Work, Line Opening, Confined Space)

·         Participate in Operations and maintenance meetings

·         Communicate maintenance activities for the department

·         Operations Representative during the new equipment acceptance and Release To Operation (RTO) process

·         Work with R&D on new product development and signs off on commercialization of new products

·         Member of the Site Asset Utilization Team

·         Determine safety stock levels for parts/supplies required for operations

·         Update and maintain parts list of parts ordered directly by the Parts Coordinator for the floor, including the cost of these items

·         Order parts and supplies as needed for the KSA Reverse Osmosis Operations within the budget and guidelines

·         Setup and maintain a Min/Max system for vendor stocked products. This includes monitoring levels on the shelves in production areas.

·         Maintain the supply of the critical parts in the cabinet for all shifts
