1. Planning & developing the Contract Programme for a new project to be executed (Proficiency in

working with Primavera Project Planner / CS Project Professional).

2. Producing & Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for Prime Activities of the

Projects from the Contract Programme. (Reporting using MS Excel / Charts)

3. Periodical Progress Reports highlighting the Project Status based on Time / Value.

4. Developing and monitoring Target programmes to achieve Contract Milestones.

5. Periodical tracking of Resource Utilization & Resource Requirement for Project Completion.

(Materials / Equipment / Manpower)

6. Monitoring the submission & tracking of key submittals for approval from Consultant / Client.
