  • Assisting the senior Planner/  Project Managers in the formal reporting procedures.
  • Recording of site progress and updating the same in Primavera P6.
  • Recording the pre-construction progress and updating the same using Primavera P6.
  • Preparing Stand-Alone Programmes for variations issued in site.
  • Assisting the senior management in the process of claims through different delay analysis techniques.
  • Preparing and updating KPIs for Man power, Cost, Progress Curves etc.,
  • Reporting the critical issues to the project manager on a regular basis to avoid the issues from affecting the critical path.
