·         Preparing the Bid Documents for procurement works, finalizing the bid and making contracts with the subcontractors.

·         Preparing the whole Work Schedule via Primavera P6, updating the Schedule in 15 days periods.

·         Controlling and publishing Subcontractor Interim Payment Certificates.

·         Preparing Interim Payment Certificates, monitoring the Financial Progress.

·         Controlling and publishing daily and monthly progress reports.
