April, 2015 - Leading project scoping and planning activities within the Licensing, Management System, Power Station Design and Business Development programmes
- Interfacing with the EPC contract partners; including setting schedule expectations, reviewing contractor schedules and integration of contractor schedules into the client's wider programme
- Introducing best practice methodology in scope definition and schedule development including standardisation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), WBS dictionaries and Basis of Schedule documents
- Conducting Schedule Integration Workshops to identify and logic link the key inter-programme dependencies and identify critical path activities
- Developing initial schedule resourcing strategy to enable the client to resource load schedules and use time-booking to measure expended effort
- Schedule resource analysis and levelling
- Development of schedule reporting metrics and standardised progress measurement methods
- Mentoring of junior planners
