Program Management Office at Project Division with core business of Coal Mining

Manages the portfolio of projects and their dependencies with end-to-end visibility for each project. 

a.       Accurately providing and analyzing financial reports of all project activities in the ITM Project division

b.       Assisted the optimization of schedule for all project activities include applying the critical path method, critical chain method and provide advice related to the revision of the baseline schedule based on the results of the analysis.

c.        Collecting each of project schedule, review, and update in Primavera EPPM

d.       Reported regularly for identified potential risks and create mitigation plan as part of Risk Management.

e.       Establish and maintain project dashboard as well as report the weekly and monthly progress to stakeholders

f.         Guide and provide the assistance for the project team to comply with company business process of project management process

g.       Provide the management with the status updates and escalates the strategic issues

h.       Drive management attention to certain projects & prioritizes the required resources

i.         Supported the project team with resolution of cross-functional issues
