Providing the resources and materials that needed for electrical maintenance; Repair the buildings and various facilities in accordance with maintenance schedule from clients.

  1. Conduct kick off meeting with the clients and project team, assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix in order to ensure project initial are well managed
  2. Work closely with clients to develop a master schedule based upon maintenance schedule to determine the priority of work packages, procurement, resource, and materials.
  3. Established progress calculation system; Maintain and report the daily, weekly and monthly progress to the client or Project Manager.
  4. Managed the flow of work service, statutory permits, formalities, and approvals as required.
  5. Coordinate with other disciplines to monitor and controlling Man Hour, Work Schedule, & Control Sheet from work orders and Procurement.
  6. Reviews material order documents, procurement plans, prepare required documents and recommend any necessary changes or improvements.
  7. Identifying and summarizing Risk Management
  8. Plan, analyze and establish detailed cost forecasts on time frame of work, quantity, and methods, for manage variations order to maximize returns in a timely manner.
  9. Maintain and implementing HSE programs to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements
  10. Direct, submit and negotiate claims to settlement as required to ensure that progress claims are submitted and paid in a timely manner
