R.S. Labos & Associates is involved in Architectural Fitting-Out Works for residential condominiums, office buildings, and multi-storey hotels and restaurants. • Prepares shopdrawings for owner/consultant’s approval as well as for construction and site implementation. • Prepares construction layout of interior walls and for granite and marble floors. • Assist the project manager in preparing construction project schedule including manpower loading and weekly cash flow. • Assist in preparing material sample submittals like granite stone, ceramic tiles, stainless steel tubes, wood stain finish, tempered glass panels, and other materials that need the consultant’s approval prior to construction. • Coordinates with site supervisors for the required drawings and details for off-site fabrication.
