• Prepare FEED & Detailed Engineering project schedule including major milestones, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), list of deliverables, manhours loading, progress S-curve, critical activities, subcontracting plan and material procurement in CPM using Primavera P6 R8.3. • Monitor the ongoing projects and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including Project Delay Analysis and Earned Value Analysis. Generate reports on Earned, Spent, Forecast, Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI). Highlight the major achievements and issues to the Project Manager. • Prepare Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Schedule as part of the Project Proposal package that will be used as basis in the Expenditure Request Approval (ERA) of the client. Coordinate with the Estimating and Procurement teams in determining the Project Cost. • Prepare monthly project presentations showing the current status and highlights including Scope, Schedule, Cost/ Finance, Quality, and Safety for Executive Management review. • Prepare monthly manhours forecast for ongoing projects and analyze the Forecast To Complete (FTC) and Budget Variance (BV). • Prepare project change notices/ trends and incorporate on the change management system. • Prepare quarterly project risk analysis presentation to identify and mitigate risks. • Attend weekly progress meetings with the project team to explain the progress status and recommend a recovery plan if required.
