Prepare the project work plan (Clause 14 program), using Primavera.  Planning the project execution using the CPM and monitoring the progress through time and cost control using  primavera and MS Excel.  Update the approved Baseline weekly & produce reports accordingly.  Preparation of weekly programme as per original time cycle involved and monitoring of the same.  Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress report for onward submission to consultant and client.  Participating effectively in top management meetings with IMCC and Atkins.  Prepare all the Engineering and Procurement Status report with forecasted impacted on the project in case of  delays.  Creating a recovery programme and action plan to overcome project delays.  Preparing and facilitating monthly contract review presentations to the top management reflecting the actual  progress of construction, engineering and procurement.  Attend weekly progress meeting and monthly Executive meetings and participate in preparing the agenda.  Co-ordination with Procurement and Design management team.  Co ordination with the Planning Manager on current issue of concern and potential future problems resulting in  programming as necessary to overcome them.  Planning and coordinating various activities at site.   Managing the programme of works of various associated sub contractors (mainly Infrastructure, MEP, Façade,  Interiors, landscape etc).  Review, monitoring and controlling subcontractors and suppliers programmes and procurement schedules  Preparing KPIs, lookaheads, manpower & materials histograms, equipments deployment chart, Earned Value  reports, progress S-curves, progress charts and updating the same  Following up and monitoring shop drawings, Material Approval Requests and long lead items schedules.  Ensure timely and accurate information transferred to the necessary parties at the site/project with zero defects.  Maintaining records as per company policies, checking for obstruction. Photograph and documentation condition  of existing structure.
