February, 2013 Coordinated proposal preparation, procurement (including import and export processes), planning and contract administration for around 50 multidisciplinary contracts mainly for USAFE at Incirlik AB and US Army, Multi-National Forces, Project and Contracting Office and KBR in Iraq.
- Interpreted and explained contract requirements and terms and conditions in a meaningful way to stakeholders (contracting officer, end-user, vendor, contractor personnel and contractor partners), given their diverse needs.
- Prepared schedules, set production targets and drafted subcontract agreements.
- Monitored contract performance against agreed terms and communicated the progress regularly to the stakeholders.
- Negotiated terms and conditions, pricing, extensions of time and variations/modifications with clients and vendors/subcontractors.
- Managed suppliers/subcontractors to ensure goods and services are delivered in line with agreed terms and conditions (on-time, on-cost, quality etc.)
- Liaised with clients to produce works, coordinate our resources, agree on the schedule of works, progress payments and valuations.
- Established and maintained stakeholder and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk, and maximise the value from the contract.

- Provide and supply potable water valves (300–900 mm, gate and butterfly)
- Procurement and installation Voice Recorder Logger for the Rescue 911 lines of Fire Department.
- Procurement and supply of Runway Guard Lights to Incirlik Airbase.
- Design, manufacture and delivery of 44 nos. 12,000 litres steel septic tanks, PE pipes, fittings and valves to the Contingency Contracting Office.
- Procurement and installation of new serving line, restaurant equipment and industrial type conveyorized dishwashing machine for the 3000 meal per day capacity base restaurant.
