- Leading the consulting team in Vienna (6 FTE) and Manager of Marketing
- Profit/Loss responsibility for the profit center consulting, Vienna
- Management of the Project portfolio in Austria and CEE, leader of PMO.
- Project Manager and Senior Consultant in IT and organization projects. I.e. analysis of structure and workflow organization, Business Process Optimization, development of benchmarks and implementing of benchmark systems, Change Management Projects, development of service level agreements, Outsourcing-Projects and tendering of infrastructural and technical services.

Abstract of completed Projects:
Banking Sector: Analysis and benchmarking of selected properties of an Austrian Bank's Real Estate Portfolio in terms of FM Service Costs, assessment of the results and recommendations of next actions.
- Gas & Oil : Various consulting projects in relation with the construction and operation of the new headquarter with  approx. 100.000 sqm functional area. Projects: Tendering of an IWMS System for building operations. Development of business requirements specifications of corporate function CREM (structural and procedural organization). Evaluation of resources required for operation, supporting the change process.
Retail Business: Supporting the change management process of reorganizing the FM spin-off. Development of organizational structure, internal and external communications (SPOC), and implementing project management standards.
- Construction: Determining the requirements and tendering the infrastructural and technical FM Services for an Office Building, Vienna (approx. 40.000 sqm) and accompany the contractual negotiations.
- Construction: Definition of the interface between landlord and tenant during their consolidation of sites in Vienna (approx. 45.000 sqm office space).
- Insurance: Development of alternative utilization concepts and proposals for optimization of operational processes for tree troubled real estates.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Austria: Definition of business requirements specification and tendering of a global real estate database. The tendering support and the software selection process were performed in accordance to the Austrian BVergG (federal act on public tenders).
- Health Care: Development of a FM-Product/FM-Services matrix and specification of service levels for technical and infrastructural services for the new hospital in Vienna (a 850-bed hospital)
Gas & Oil: Determine the state of maturity in applying the Facility Management Maturity Model (FMMM), analysis of structural and procedural organization, process optimization, introduction of benchmarks.
