Head of PMO at Wien Energie, responsible for the development of internal project and program management standards. Working as an internal consultant to improve company's project management maturity level with main focus on capital projects in the area of renewable energy, maintenance and technical amendment. Coaching of project management staff, in particualat in resolving project issues, claims, scheduling and cost control.

Establish and maintain company wide project management education and development programs for project managers, project owners and project team members.

Responsible for the development, maintenance and operation of SAP PPM Project and Portfolio management system and the related planning and monitoring functions, as well as the reporting functions on project and portfolio level. Accountable for providing appropriate portfolio reports to enable decision making process on portfolio level.
