New build Bridge City Shopping Centre 60,000m2 with four line railway station below. Responsible for the site planning and progress reporting, extension of time claims, acceleration programmes, subcontractor coordination. Also tender planning for the region.

Bridge City Rail Link. 3klm of electrified double line on extensive new embankments over wetland and rivers with two precast bridge beam bridges and one 400m long box section seven span bridge. Also included a 300,000m3 cutting. Embankments up to 13m high on stone piles in silt strata.

Gateway Hotel - 168  4 star hotel 

Ridgeside office park 46,500m2 offices and parking.

Newcastle Mall - 48,000m2 retail

12 storey inner city parkade between existing multi-storey buildings.
