Development of reporting tools and reporting, i.e., S Curve, Manning profile, cost profile, commodity curve, Commitment and Expenditure graphs, SPI/CPI performance graphs, Rules of Credit, Progress tracking sheet covering EV calculations, Dashboard and report templates. Cost, time and percentage reports (Planned, Actuals, Remaining)
Internal and external stakeholder management, i.e., establishment of cost structure based on Employers WBS, CBS and Company's control accounts.
