Mayday Hospital – Assessment of the effect on progress sustained by delays / events, for the building of the new Jubilee Wing and Day Surgery Unit for Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.

Land Securities Trillium (BBC Property) – Responsible for managing reducing risks project (£20M budget over two years with a team of 6 strand managers) across the BBC critical property portfolio.

London Transport (Public Private Partnership Transition) – Charged with identifying and reporting preferred bidders’ (Metronet & Tubelines) financial readiness to complete the deal to bring £13 Billion of funding over 15 years and updating master project programme.

Mapeley Ltd – I had three roles whilst working for Mapeley. Firstly, assisting with getting the new company ready to accept the S.T.E.P.S. (Strategic Transfer of the Estate to the Private Sector) Contract £500m+. The Estate being the Inland Revenue & Customs and Excise. Secondly, responsible for overseeing the migration of the data centre, telecoms services and migration of support from EDS to BSG and thirdly, my last role with a budget of £710k was to manage the implementation and continual development of Mapeley’s MIS/ERP/CRM system (JDEdwards One World).

London Transport (Public Private Partnership Transition) – Assisting in the planning of the Contracts (PFI/PPP) to lease the tube network.
