Data Analyst & Change Control Manager

Established, designed and implemented change control procedures for the IT systems.  Controlled all changes to the live system and analysed impact of changes and cost of associated problems or benefits.

Designed and implemented complete new corporate database with a fully normalised relational database for all data - from security, engineering, operations through to school and retail markets as part of replacing all existing systems with new application langugae and data management systems.  Collaborated on planning and management of several major projects to roll out the new systems, as well upgrade core software periodically.  Redesigned and implemented new policies for data ownernship and design criteria, and negotiated revised data ownership throughout all stakeholders.
