IBM Global Network (Ignition) Project Manager

  • Proposal, negotiation and signing of the outsourcing of IBM networking to a new entity (Advantra) as part of the ‘umbrella’ $6,000M Telstra – IBM outsourcing deal.
  • Reviewed Telstra and IBM’s service contracts to transition $550M p.a. of contracts into Advantra, developed the plan for transitioning and novation of contracts.
  • Developed approach and plans to deliver the $3,000M Full Service Network in Australia.
