Based on site in Spain on the construction and commissioning of a Multi Purpose Floater. The vesselcombines floating production, storage and offloading with drilling. Responsibilities included maintenance of the construction plan and reports and the development and maintenance of the commissioning plan. Development and maintenance of the plans in Primavera P3. Developing reports for the weekly reporting on progress, resources and productivity. Preparation of detailed cost/budget reports and projections.

This project was of short duration due to the client going into receivership.
