Project Planner

 

- Work with project manager and project team for developing the work breakdown structure based on the SoW of the project;- Create, manage and optimize overall schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software;- Coordinate schedule from contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule;- Update the schedule on a weekly basis with input information from Company working systems (Gescom - Progress Measurement / Gene - Timewriting );- Support and administer the implementation and maintenance of the project overall planning requirements;- Prepare Weekly progress reports for the clients containing information regarding HSE statistics, project progress, budget/actual cost, Earned Value KPIs, change management, financial data: PV, EV, AC, ETC, EAT, SPI, CPI, PCR's;- Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables;- Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team/operational team and project team. - Develop and update, together with the department team, planning and reporting procedure;- Participate to meetings (schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting)
