- Liaise with vessel owner and client for any project requirements and mobilization plan
- Preparation of vessel prior to onhire and offhire, safety and regulatory conformance and suitability inspection of a project (OSVIS, BV, DNVGL)
- Liaise with Port Agents for berthing & piloting, crew transfer, provision supplies, MGO, ship permits, customs documentation and bills of lading
- Monitoring on the commercial and contract claims of project
- Preparing submission documents for tender exercise (Technical & Commercial Submission)
