Attached as Acting Planning Manager to Pan Borneo Highway Project Phase 1 (Work Package 11)

-  Train and develop the planning team comprising of 3 planning engineers.

-  Review weekly and monthly progress reports prior to official submission.

-  Present progress reports during weekly and monthly progress meetings.

-  Manage communications and expectations within the project team.

-  Facilitate internal progress meetings with subcontractors.

-  Set the strategy for any master programme re-baselines.

-  Set the strategy for compilations of Extension of Times (EOT).

-  Facilitate risk management workshops and update live Risk Register.

-  Pilot DJI drones to capture entire-chainage site progress videos.

Collaborate with Senior Principal Solutions Architect (PSA) to develop Aftersales staff competency and increase the company business from a middle management perspective:

-  Promote staff adherence to the PCSS Business Workflow.

-  Enforce HR policies at the consultation level for WPC 11 team.

-  Prepare WPC 11 team for future engagements with clients.

-  Be actively involved with PCSS Headquarters business operations.

-  Manage client’s requirements from a customer service perspective.

-  Increase knowledge in Building Information Modelling (BIM).

-  Obtain the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
