Attached as Planning Engineer II for the Provision of Hook-Up and Commissioning (SHUC) Services for Sarawak Shell Berhad (SSB) and Sabah Shell Petroleum Co Ltd (SSPC) with contract value RM2 billion

-Incorporated project milestones (Turnarounds, Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) into schedule as per latest IBS (integrated barge schedule)

-Liaised with Shell Turnaround Planner and discipline engineers to integrate construction and commissioning planning into the schedule.

-Presented schedules during IPOP (Implementation of Project on Paper).-Utilized Primavera P6 scheduling software to:

-Incorporated emergency break-in work and produce mitigation plan.GRADUATE ENGINEER (1 year 4 months)

• Translate estimated manhours (jobcards) into an optimized schedule.
• Develop Gantt chart schedules up to Level 4 or Level 5 planning.
• Optimize schedule based on workbarge / jacket POB constraints.
• Approximate manning levels based on resource profile histogram.
• Generate project S-Curves and offshore KPI monitoring dashboard.
• Monitor campaign execution and revise schedule if necessary
