·         Invitation of Bids for technical and financial evaluation and finalization of bidders.

·         Reviewing the contractor’s method statement, erection procedures and work plans.

·         To maintain the Quality & emphasis on safety measures during execution of civil works at site.

·         Prepare the periodic progress report summarizing and supervise the construction activities indicating the work completed in the period, financial status and planning future activities.

·         Certification of contractors’ bills with respect to drawings/Joint site measurements.

In the all Ranavav Town Cement Concrete road with proper drainage system completed without any non-conformances of quality and technical side, Government Audit conducted from state level and district collector office.
