Project works Summary      : -

Pipe Rack, Sub Stations, MEG Complex, ASU Complex, LDPE Unit, MRS Building, Utility, ETP Unit, RO Plant, MED Unit, Set Gas Compressor, Ethylene Sphere, Flare System, Sulphur Unit inclusive of Civil Construction, UG & AG Piping Fabrication and Erection, Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection, Equipment Erection (Rotary & Static type) of J3 Project Jamnagar for RIL. Wherein I am working as Overall Planning Head with Project Control Department.

Responsibilities                    : -

·         Study of Contract Scope, Drawings, specification & other contract documents.

·         Preparation of PEP (Project Execution Plan) and L2, L3, L4 Schedule for Petro Chemical Plant for Reliance Industries Ltd. at Jamnagar using Primavera P6.

·         Prepare Organization Chart with role / responsibility in consultation with Project Director & Central Cell.

·         Review of progress w. r. t S-curve, Planned Vs Actual every week with execution team.

·         Have a track on planned mobilization of Equipment/Manpower/Materials (Schedule Wise) and actual received.

• Execution work as per the Project plan including all civil, mechanical and electrical activities, resource allocation.

·         Preparation of look ahead and catch up plan for balance work.

·         Organize, conduct regular project review meeting to assess quality, schedule of various activities in time, reasons of delays, backlog of planned activities and other recommendations to make up delays

·         Prepare Minutes for all sites & central coordination meeting for various site activities with internal staff and client.

·         Preparation and Monitor of Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress with site constraint along with site execution team.

·         Ensure all advance arrangement in order to critical activities timely for executing site.

·         Monitor for progress and next day program on daily basis and fulfil their site requirement.

·         Maintain Project documentation such as Correspondence, MOM, progress and other planning related docs.

·         Updating of tie-in chart with schematic line diagram, using tools Auto CAD.

·         Materials reconciliation (FIM & Others) in consultation with QC & Other concern.

·         Preparing and calculate all site resource like manpower, materials, P & M etc. (apart from new hire) and arrange the same.

·         Keeping all records related to final Billing & Planning document and compiling them for submission to client.

·         Review the status of billing w.r.t. progress showing as per S-Curve and consult with Project Director to reduce lagging.

·         Ensure to solution for all problems occurred at site execution / various dept.

·         Prepare revenue/expenses forecast for next three months and forward to Project Director /Central Cell.

Achievement                         : -

Completed Pipe Rack, Lab Building, MRS Building and Sub Station and all Projects for Petro Chemical Plant for RIL at Dahej (Gujarat), Precast H-Frame Casting & Erection work completed for which technology used first time in India and also Casted Longest Precast Column(First time in Asia) & Cast in Situ Column at World’s Largest Refinery & Petrochemical Complex Reliance Industries, Jamnagar-Gujarat.
