QUALIFICATIONS:

• A result-oriented Civil Engineer, self-motivated with strong ethics and a seasoned professional with eight years of diverse experience in civil engineering industry which include construction, estimation, tendering, and planning.
• Excellent PC skill and experience in Engineering software like Autocadd and with experience of effective planning and scheduling using Primavera P6
• Strong team player with the demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional global environment.
• Work effectively in a team or independent environment with high sense of urgency. Flexible, assertive, innovative and a dedicated Civil Engineer with high regards for quality assurance work

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities in a structured manner and determining the optimal sequence of operations on the construction site for a successful outcome and helps facilitate immediate solutions to potential problems for efficient execution.
• Develop a detailed program of work with logical sequence of activities that are required to successfully complete a project in an efficient manner to the highest possible standard with available resources and conform to the framework prescribed by a contract, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software Primavera 6.
• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
• Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
• Coordinate with the site Engineers (CIVIL/MEP), Subcontractors, and Suppliers that all materials and activities are on track with the master schedule.
• Support the construction team to ensure that construction projects are completed within the set deadlines, on budget, and in line with all the relevant safety standards and regulations
