Ø       Preparation and updation of detailed project schedules (Level II / III) with WBS & Resource Loading structures.

Ø       Generating performance reports (Viz. Network based look ahead, milestones and progress reports) and curves (Viz. ‘S’ Curves).

Ø       Analyse cost trends, Analyse and review cost forecast, prepare monthly cost reports for individual projects as well as projects portfolio.

Ø       Manages engineering non-capital cost, capital investment, and engineering resources within budget.

Ø       Preparation of L1/L2/L3 level schedules using modern softwares like Primavera & Capture data during project execution on weekly / monthly basis up to L2 / L3 activities

Ø       Coordination with sourcing for placement of orders, Expediting of Capital Equipments

Ø       Extraction of critical path activities from the network and advice remedial actions to avoid schedule slippage.

Ø       Working on the estimation part for cost and man-hour budget for new projects and at the same time, checking at stages the cost and man-hours estimation budget.

Ø       Assist Lead Engineer in establishing project planning schedules, follow-up progress reporting Tracking & Controlling of Man-Hours,

Ø       Preparation of Man-hours consumption report for finance to bill the hours.

Ø       Coordination of all aspects of developing cost estimate , cost monitoring and control reporting for projects in cooperation with project coordinators Preparation of Face sheet, and using the same for Cost Control of a Project.

Ø       Helping Projects in placing contractual orders & PO’s (Contacting vendors for Quotes, Preparation of commercial Comparisons Statements and providing support for placement of Contract Work Order or PO for Equipments).

Ø       Preparation of Certification of Payments statements / Final bill settlement statements for Equipments / Contracts.

Ø       Preparation of Capitalization of Equipments statement on closure of projects.

Ø       Implementation of EV System.
