Project Description:

Halfaya oil field is situated in the southern part of Iraq, in the Missan Governorate, 35 km southeast of Amarah city. The new facility comprising oil and gas gathering system, crude oil, processing and storage system, gas compression and export system, gas lifting system, water injection system, oily water treatment system, water supply system, utilities, power generation and distribution system, instrumentation system, telecommunication system, road and bridge 

Role and Duties :- 

Preparing L2/L3 FEED and Detailed Engineering schedule.

Generate and Update EDDR/TDR and Procurement date base     

Implementing of Progress Measurement System and monitoring progress

P6 Resource loading and levelling.

          Identification and analysis of critical paths and constraints
