• Preparation of integrated schedules to achieve continuous production in view of future O&G development prospects. • Planning & strategizing concept finalization, Plan and monitor Concept Engineering. • Preparation of FEED Engineering Schedule/MDR, Monitoring of FEED activities. • Setting up project key milestones. • Preparation of EPCI schedule involving all stakeholders. • Updation and Reporting of EPCI schedule (Primavera/MS Project), Risk analysis for EPCI Schedule. • Planning for Offshore Field Development Project activities. • Planning for FEED/Engineering/Procurement for onshore terminals modification projects. • Review of subcontractor’s schedules and deliverables and controlling activities thereafter. • Preparation and monitoring of procurement and site activities by means of charts. • SAP activities for procurement items. • Preparation/review of RFPs for long lead items. • Review progress reports from Subcontractors and Preparation of internal report highlighting issues • Preparation and submission of reports for higher management business review.
