  • Preparing estimation of Residential, Commercial and Balgoe Project.
  • Planning, tracking and monitoring the MS-Project.
  • Preparing Rate Analyses for Tender
  • Creating Monthly Progress Report
  • Responsible for Tender submission.
  • Visiting site for Column, Beam Slab and Steel Checking.
  • Centre line of building Checking & Quality control Check test.
  • Reconciliation of material.
  • Co-Ordination with site engineers for executing activities
  • Handling billing of Contractors.
  • Changing plan & estimate as per customer changes.

 

Achievements:

  • Completed the estimation for G+7 storied building and also done Estimation of B+G+M+5P+30 Floor Tower Residential bldg. for ETA Star Properties, Dubai project.
