Critical path analysis of the contractual programme.

Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan. 

Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverables.

Develop and update resource histogram

Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progressDevelop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.

Present risk based analysis of most likely completion and expected deviation range (Impacted programme)

Prepare look ahead programme.

Delay analysis and submit extension of time claim (EOT).
