- Assisted Engineering in Preparation of the MDL and loading of planned dates into SAP
- Created WBS In SAP
- Created Networks and Activities in SAP to mirror the entire scope
- Carried out Critical Path analysis on Project Schedule to ensure deliveries are on schedule
- Carried out Weekly update of the schedule which is submitted to the client Responsible for planning all systems and manufacturing activities; interface directly with Stakeholders i.e. Project Managers, Design Engineers, Drafters, and Production Managers through all stages of design and production (engineering, procurement, manufacturing/fabrication, assembly, test, and transportation).
- Collaborate with project team members to create and progress schedules, identify critical paths and reduce or eliminate negative floats
- Interface activities with outsource builders, produce weekly updates and issue monthly reports internally and externally (S-curves, and 30, 60, 90 day look ahead).
- Meet with stakeholders on a Weekly basis to improve schedule(s); review master schedule summary, run P6.2 log, and analyze the critical items list and activity counts.
