- Creating, controlling and monitoringDeliverables and milestones. Importing data from Microsoft Excel into Primavera P6. Support Project Managers ensuring all projects have sound and organised plans, resource loaded critical path schedules meeting client and ES expectations.
- Developing project plans from a blank sheet. Delay Analysis (CPM). Apply critical path analysis. Developing tracking documentation. Reporting and identifying Risks and issues.
- Developing processes which will integrate project planning as a standard way of working
- Manage the development and implementation of project schedules which includes maintenance, analysis and reporting.
