  1. Gross(baseline,status,recovery) weekly Status and recovery weekly from Jan –Oct, monthly from Oct- Present.
  2. Summary Target(baseline,status,recovery)  monthly status and update before and detailed Target weekly developed.
    1. Detailed NETT(baseline,status,recovery)  weekly status and modify
    2. Progress curve, project  completed percentage developed for monthly report.
    3. Subcontractor’s overall schedule review and combined.
  1. What- if schedule for several option such as Roof detailed,L1 Slab etc.
  2. 2 weekly schedule weekly development/ other short range schedule such as shop drawing.
  3. Incentive milestone schedule development as required.
  4. Sub-contract programming requirement sheet development
    1. Delay Register update as required.
    2. Monthly report–schedule part,3 monthly move in schedule, Site progress photo-weekly.
  5. Project review documents –schedule part MSD

11 Medium range schedule development and daily trace such as Asbestos removal,roof,basement,as built drawings handover.
