- Oversee preparation of the Project Master Schedule for Design and Construction and Contractor’s schedule.
- Administration of Contracts and Claims.
- Technical and commercial evaluation of bidders.
- Preparation of monthly narrative cost, schedule and financial reports.
- Ensure that Project Engineers, along with Quantity Surveyor are aware of and have a common understanding of their respective functions and responsibility.
- Oversee documenting of design and Construction budgets, cost estimates, associated financial reporting including cash flow projections and estimated end variance reports.
