  • Preparation of project schedule and arranging meeting with Engineering, Procurement, Construction Leaders for validating the activities duration and linking.
  • Follow up with Supplier for their material and manufacturing schedules.
  • Good Knowledge in PRIMAVERA P6 and an effective co-coordinator in the EPC team.
  • Preparation and updation Project execution schedule.
  • Responsible for providing look ahead plans to Engineering and Construction Team for Plan their activities.
  • Participating procurement phases like Commercial Negotiation, Kick Off meeting etc.
  • Organizing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Meeting with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Quality.
  • Updating Project Scheduling and keep tacking on major project milestone and define action plan in case of any deviation from frozen Project Baseline.
  • Generating Project and Function Earned Value curves.
  • Co-ordination & Expediting with the engineering team for release of detail and Basic engineering drawings in time with in or less allocated Man Hours/ Man Days.
  • Calculating Supplier and Department OTD (On Time Delivery) and submit the report to higher management to keep those factors while selecting any supplier or Contractor.
  • Providing look ahead Plans to Quality for plan their and CHP (Client Holding Points) inspection.
  • Preparing S Curves for Entire Project -EPC Progress.
  • Managing Cash Flow and keep track on Allocated / Spend project budget.
  • Indenting Material / Services / Consultancies requisition based on project requirement.
  • Coordination with the Sourcing, Suppliers, Third Party Inspector &Site engineers.
  • Preparation ofS-Curves, Presentation of the Progress reviews and Constraints to the Management.
  • Liaison with Contractor, Supplier & Sub-Contracts for execution of project in time & within cost estimates.
  • Making the construction scope for Instrumentation & Electrical activities and service Requisition for the contractor’s work order and clearing bills.
  • Material Management follow-up with global supplies and Vendor.
  • Introducing Engineering Resource Management with primavera in Alstom India.
    • Resource Loading and Man hours / Man Days allocation.
    • Assigning budgeted man hours / man days.
