Role:                      Jr.Planning Engineer (Piping) & Site Coordinator

Client:                 Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL)

Location:             Mumbai, India

Duration:          Oct 09 – Mar 10   

Key Deliverables  

•        Preparing and Updating Daily fabrication Plans in Excel.

•        Maintaining Pipeline Fabrication & welding updates on a Daily & weekly basis.

•        Inspection of piping layouts as per P& IDs and Isometric drawings.

•        Updating daily report, WNS, Fit-up and NDT reports

•        Preparation of MTO with the help of P & ID’s & Isometric Drawings & also Coordinate With Material Controller, verify and confirm all piping materials, fittings, valves, etc

•        Coordinate with Safety Department for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental   Procedures.

•         Responsible for quality control and inspection of the manufactured components. 

•         Material inspection and documentation verification according to purchase order during Line check.

•        Conduct surveillance inspection involving welding and painting work.

•         Supervises the team for timely and accurate work execution

•        Maintaining Pipeline Fabrication & welding updates on a Daily & weekly basis.

•        To support the lead site engineer in the above discipline.

•        Updating daily report, WNS, Fit-up and NDT reports on daily basis.
