Project Scheduler / Planner (NLNG RA TYPE 3 APARTMENT BLOCKS PROJECT, BONNY, RIVERS STATE): November 2013 till date

•       Actively involved in the development of baseline Schedules for client’s approval.

•       Responsible for review and approval of Contractor’s schedules such as baseline and monthly schedules. Issued detailed schedule review comments to Contractor’s submittals.

•       Working closely with construction manager to ensure activities are executed as per plan and on budget.

•       Responsible for master schedule update on monthly basis from EPCC Contractor’s level 4 Schedule.

•       Developed standard planning / scheduling guidelines to be issued to Sub-contractors.

•       Coordination of internal meeting sessions to review the overall project progress

•       Day to day planning /scheduling activities.

•       Developed /monitored / controlled S-curves, progress performance monitoring sheets, contractor’s weekly progress reports, etc.

•       Monitor critical path and perform delay analysis (using Primavera 6 software) to show areas of delay and accelerate the schedule if necessary to regain lost time.

•       Responsible for Monthly and Weekly Headlines Report.
