•  Prepare Schedules for MAS and Shop Drawings.

•  Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.

•  Prepare Monthly Target.

•  PrepareExtension of Time Claim (EOT).

•  PrepareConstruction Delay Analysis- Time Impact Evaluation.

•  Prepare Recovery and Revised Programme in Primavera.

•  Inform Project Manager regarding the critical activities affecting the progress of works.

•  Establishment and tracking of the project programme and cost control systems.

•  Acts as the prime point of contact for all project programme and cost reporting aspects.
