• Preparing Schedule of design Activities with resources allocation on various design phase of project and delivering data as per customer requirement
• Preparing monthly execution plan and project completion schedule
• Preparation of cable core plan and cable route plans according to site conditions
• Execution, Monitoring of Signaling activities installation, testing & commissioning.
• Analysis and cost estimation for execution of works and preparation of BOM
• Preparation of MIS and PPR of Projects and analysis of sale to be booked.
• Reports - daily, weekly & monthly reports in line with client requirements using Primavera.
• Having good knowledge in Railway Signaling, preparing monthly execution plan and  Project completion schedule
