Project Description: The Dubai metro run on two line, Red line and Green line, there will be a total number of 47 Stations. The Red line will have 29 stations, including 24 elevated, four underground and one at ground level. This line is 52.1Km long. Including 4.7 km underground which run through shake jay ad road, the Green line will have 18 stations, 12 elevated and 6 underground. The Green line is 22.5 Km long, Including 7.9 Km underground.  

Responsibilities:

•  Preparation of Schedules, include specific requirements regarding restraints & milestones and constraint.
• Scheduling and Monitoring of work progress and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques – S-curve & EVM.
• Preparation and Submission of periodic reports - daily, weekly & monthly reports in line with client requirements.
• Identify of any risk & factors leading to project extension and Timely notification of the same to the Engineer.
• Preparing entitlement program for extension of time (EOT).
