Project Controls Specialist - the USAF ESC project in Taiwan, PB was subcontractor to prime, Raytheon.

PMO Office - included report presentation to Program manager, VP Contracts,  Commercial Manager and direct report to Business Manager and Commercial Manager for program.

Project Support:

• Cost - used ORACLE based accounting system data  used for  cost and schedule reports with EVMS and  maintained project WBS's - multiple for CP and FFP contracts; prepare data for invoice revisions and changes  and support Proposal and Scope change preparation; reconciliation of ITD invoices and miscellaneous reconciliations on as needed basis; and ProjectSolve Administrator for SRP Project .
• Schedule - Used MS Project and Primavera for schedule development, reviews and statusing the work completed and determining the payment of subcontractors.  The Client schedule was in MS Project, construction schedule was in Primavera.
• Contract: prepare reports (cost and schedule) and submit to client requirements (includes FAR (Federal Acquisition Requirements) and submittal dates and methods.
• Arbitration Support: Research and assemble required historical documents for witnesses; review expert witness statements; provide project financials analysis for expert witnesses; prepare instructional documents for project cost report data assembly and report prep. Submittals were also assembled and white papers written to support depositions.
