Sr. Estimation Engineer 

Scrutinizing tender documents, scope of project, compliance of statement, contract specifications, drawings, bills of

quantities and specifications for various civil works to determine client requirements.

 

 

Instrumental in estimating essential resources comprising of direct labor and construction equipment for various

activities to increase productivity, reliability and availability within established budgets.

 

 

Liaising with clients to communicate quality issues, additional work, scope of work, schedule and payments, before and

after tender submissions.

 

 

Planning estimates for direct costs inclusive of labor wages, equipment hiring and various other costs by means of

proper decision making to make sure that the pertinent and suitable records are functioned.

 

 

Analyzing sub-contract inquiries and quotations, thus transferring them to the same level to facilitate efficient relative

deliberation.

 

 

Developing conceptual projects and estimating the primary cost. Preparing detailed cost breakdown for tenders,

including pre tender estimates, quantity take off, resources allocation, sub-contracts prices and indirect costs.

 

 

Overseeing the procurement of requisite materials of the construction works involved, thereby keeping abreast of

latest technological advancements to respond to the distinctive and special needs of the organization.

 

 

Designing reporting structures and submitting monthly data of performance parameters to the senior management,

along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks in maintenance.
