With this company I contributed in responsibilities contained the following:

- contributing effectively and uniquely in all the processes of planning,designing and executing of projects.

-Reviewing the shop drawings with the consultant and preparing the bill of quantity and develop the cost estimation and quotation for bidding purpose.

- Developing project schedule and cost base line and developing project management plan for monitoring and controling project execution.

- Perform inspection and reviewing of work progress to ensure work complience to regulations and specifications and create performance reports of the updated program on daily-basis system.and send them to consultant and PMO.

-Collaborate closely with project team to solve claims and problems and good managing of project risk strategy,quality assurance and quality control to hand over the project successfuly.

-High- level of co-ordination for material inspection, procurement and consumption at site and perform periodical reconciliation.

My period in this company extended (2003-present) from which

I gained an extensive comprehensive professional experience as a senior designer and skilful general manager for large scale projects.
